RULE BOOK
These rules are applicable to all users of Garthdee football centre. By making a booking to use the facility you are confirming acceptance and adherence to all the rules listed below.

DURATION OF PITCH HIRE
each pitch let will commence at the booked starting time and will finish five minutes prior to ending time to allow transition between lets. No extension of this time slot will be given for team’s late arrival or injuries to any players. Pitch must be vacated immediately on completion of the said time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Recommend molded sole football boots or Astro molded training shoes be worn. The wearing of metal studded football boots is strictly prohibited on the Astro Pitch. All playing footwear must be clean (mud free) before entering the Astro Pitch or when entering the change area.
  2. No jewellery, watches or hats to be worn during a game.
  3. Strictly no chewing gum will be permitted.
  4. No food to be consumed on pitches or surround.
  5. Garthdee Football Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss that occurs as a result of teams not making use of the secure changing facilities.
  6. Teams found to be repeatedly littering the pitches & the changing rooms will have their use of the facility reviewed.
  7. Grass pitch users must ensure they have liability insurance to cover any external damage to property etc.
  8. For all teams on a quarterly let late payment or repeated late return of paperwork will result in let’s being offered to other teams.         
  9. All first aid incidents must adhere to the centres first aid procedure.
